About Widemouth Field’s Location

Widemouth Fields is less than a 5 minute drive from Widemouth Bay where you will find lovely cafes by the beach, if the weather isn’t on your side you can enjoy a warm coffee whilst watching the waves. If you’re looking for a town with a few more shops, Bude is only a 5 minute drive from the resort, where you can find everything you’ll need as well as beautiful restaurants, if you want to treat yourself to a meal out. Summerleaze and Crooklets Beach can be explored from Bude with dramatic coastlines. Tintagel Castle is a 25 minute drive from Widemouth if you’re wanting more of an educational day out where you can find out about the history that Cornwall possesses. Another picturesque coastline can be discovered at Crackington Haven which is a 10 minute drive from the resort and has a beautiful public footpath that you can follow to get the best views possible!

There are also stunning gardens to be discovered which include the fascinating Broomhill Sculpture Gardens, a huge choice of physical activities to engage in from tranquil fishing lakes to adrenaline-fuelled sports such as shooting and mountain-climbing.
