Perched on a gentle incline, the park offers sweeping views of Sutton Bank and the White Horse. It is conveniently situated 4 miles from the charming market town of Thirsk and 20 miles from the historic city of York, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the scenic North Yorkshire countryside.


Thirkleby Hall provides a variety of accommodation options, including a selection of new and pre-owned holiday caravans for purchase. Amenities include a clubhouse and games room, a large recreation area, a fishing lake, and facilities such as a laundry and a shower and toilet block.


The Park Manager, who resides on-site year-round, is available to provide assistance during the summer months and to ensure the upkeep of holiday homes throughout the winter. The park is pet-friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs.


New and used static caravans are available for purchase, with usage permitted from March 1st to January 3rd. There are no restrictions on the age of caravans, and the annual site fee for 2024 starts at £3,300.
