Description

Summerways Bridge Park is being developed by the Sandford Family on part of the 4.5 acre site formerly the Mendip Model Motor Racing Circuit.  We have planning at present for 9 Holiday Homes (4 have 12 months license & the other five 11 months), we have the first five plots fully serviced with mains electricity metered via our National Grid Transformer and water metered via our site supply, sewerage is via the latest biodigester. We would expect to further develop the site over the next 5 years to a possible maximum of 18 Homes.

We are less than half a mile from local walks and cycle tracks to Bleadon & Uphill Nature Reserve with cycle paths that take you to Brean Down, Sand Point & Clevedon, the latter via the recently completed strawberry line cycle/walkway.
