Description

Roof of the World Park is on the Boxhil Road in Tadworth Surrey. It is an adult-only park of 105 homes mainly suited for the semi-retired and retired over 50 years old. It is situated along a leafy lane just outside Tadworth near Boxhill, a local National Trust woodland and downland reserve with many nature walks and cycle routes all with wonderful views across the South Downs.

The area is also playing host to the Olympics as the main cycling events are planned to make a brief appearance passing just outside the park entrance.

Amenities

Within walking distance of The Box Tree and Smith & Western, local pubs and restaurants serving excellent ales and traditional pub food.

Roof of the World Park is just a short drive away to Dorking Main Line Station with direct links to London Waterloo and London Victoria.

A Doctor's surgery, Post Office and the village shop is located on the Boxhill Road within walking distance.

A bus stop is just outside the park serving Leatherhead, Epsom and Dorking.

Mobile library visits near the park fortnightly.
