 The park is situated just a short walk from the lively market town of Boston, just under an hour’s drive from the old Roman County City town of Lincoln.

The location of the park is ideal as it allows visitors to enjoy both the delights of the countryside, taking walks along the river Witham and spotting a range of interesting wildlife. It also allows visitors to be close to and enjoy exploring the coastal areas nearby, such as Freiston Shore.

The park can be accessed via several transport options. If you are choosing to drive to the park you should take the A17 from Sleaford to join the A1121 to Boston at Swineshead Bridge. From there, turn right at Hubbert’s Bridge onto the B1192. Alternatively, if you are coming from the A52 towards Boston, turn left onto the B1192 at the Four Crossroads pub.

If you accessing the park via train, Boston has a great train station which is just a short distance from the park. There are also great bus services should you need them. Finally, if you are flying into the area, the nearest airport is Humberside or Doncaster Sheffield airport. Both airports are around an hour’s drive or train ride from the park.

Alternatively, you could visit the Lincolnshire Wolds, a place that has been named an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here, there is a variety of walking, cycling, and horse riding trails to discover whilst amongst some beautiful flora and fauna.
