Description

Glenfield Leisure Park is situated in the rural village of Pilling, close to the lively city of Lancaster and the seaside resort of Blackpool.

The park homes, statics and lodges are surrounded by open fields and landscaped gardens, offering a tranquil setting for residents. Dog walking areas can be found throughout the park, as well as an impressive fishing lake. Various statues, fountains, and vintage street lighting give the park its unique character.

The park also features two exclusive developments – The Meadows and Oakwood Crescent. Adjoined to the main park, The Meadows offers homes, each with its own private driveway, landscaped gardens, balcony, and veranda. Oakwood Crescent is a new development of just nine luxury homes, located within a secluded woodland

The entire park is highly secure due to a security barrier at the entrance and 24-hour CCTV.

Glenfield Leisure Park Area

The park is only a few minutes walk from a bus stop where bus services from Kirby Lonsdale to Kendal and Knott End to Lancaster run. Half a mile from the park is the centre of Pilling, which is home to local shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Knott End-on-Sea is just under four miles from the development and is home to cafes, takeaways, a post office, convenience stores, a bakery, a golf club, and The Bourne Arms pub, which boasts a beer garden and stunning views over-looking the bay. The village also offers a ferry service that takes you to the seaside market town of Fleetwood in less than ten minutes, providing easy access to the many shops, beautiful pier, and famous market.

The park is located conveniently off the M6, providing easy access to the iconic town of Blackpool. In addition, the site is only a short drive away from Lancaster, a city famous for its quirky independent retailers and stunning Georgian architecture. Lancaster Castle and Williamson Park are popular tourist destinations.
