Dodwell Park is a lovely family run park of fifty years set in a beautiful countryside location nearby the historic, attractive town of Stratford-upon-Avon. The park is designed exclusively for retired and semi-retired residents with a friendly community atmosphere and is both very clean and quiet.

The semi-rural location means residents benefit from picturesque views and are surrounded by lush greenery and large trees. The park itself has a well-stocked shop meaning residents can find all their essentials on their doorstop, there is also a manager on the park available to answer any queries and a bus stop and post box outside the main gate. Furthermore, pets are welcome. The park is just over two-miles from the town of Stratford-upon-Avon and can be easily accessed by bus.

Residents of the park will not be stuck for things to do with this lively, rich-in-heritage town so closeby. Stratford has many great places to dine from afternoon tea to fine dining restaurants, the town also has excellent shopping with a range of high-street brands located in the department centre as well as quirky independent stores. A farmer's market stocking an excellent variety of fresh and local produce also occurs in the town twice a month. Stratford is famous for being the home of the infamous Shakespeare- who's birthplace and Anne Hathaway's cottage, his presumed wife's childhood home, are open to the public for visit.

The Royal Shakespeare's Company are on of the world's best-known theatre ensembles performing throughout the year at the stunning, historical Royal Shakespeare Theatre and other Stratford venues. For a peaceful stroll amongst the scenic backdrop of the River Avon, residents may choose to also visit the town's Bancroft Gardens. Furthermore, the park is close to the charming Cotswold villages, including Luddington and Binton with pretty village churches and friendly local village pubs.
