Buckler Village is set in a beautiful village layout, the park consists of 75 plots. There are a number of local shops for everyday requirements within easy walking of the park including Tesco. St Austell has a much greater
variety. For more adventurous shopping there is Truro and, of course, Plymouth. There is a Railway station in St Austell, approximately 1½ miles from the Village. The Village is well served by buses and taxis.
There are Hospitals in the locality and more comprehensive District Hospitals within easy reach. A number of Medical Practitioners in the area will be willing to accept new patients and one Medical Practice is within 3 minutes walk of the Park. A chemist is adjacent to this practice.
These are currently payable Calendar Monthly at the Buckler Village Office. Provided the Pitch Fee is paid when requested the charges are payable as shown at the rear. The Pitch Fee is reviewed on the 1st of April every year in line with the retail price index and as provided for in the Mobile Homes and Housing Acts.
This Act of Parliament prevents us as Park owners from raising our charges unreasonably and we are bound to keep them within closely detailed limits.
Bottled gas is available from local suppliers who deliver regularly.
Mains electricity is available directly from the supplier to every Home and the meters are grouped in substations at convenient points around the village. Residents may purchase their Electricity from any Utility Company they wish.
Mains water is supplied to every Home throughout our own distribution system and the water comes directly from South West Water by whom you will be billed. Water meters are available.
Own drainage system to every Home upon the Village which discharges directly into the mains drainage system.
