Description

This small residential development is brand new, and will consist of just 8 homes. It is exclusive for the over 50's, and has three large fishing ponds. Blyton Ponds is pet friendly with countryside walks available from the park.  The development will include a meeting house that has a kitchen with cooking facilities and dining facilities for year-round use and can accommodate 10 people. Residents will be able to book the meeting house with the park owners. This facility is free of charge as it is included in the site fee’s. There will also be bricks and mortar accommodation which will be a double bedroom with en-suite that residents can book for any visitors they have. 

Blyton Ponds is set on the outskirts of Blyton village, where you can find amenities including a post office, general corner shop, take-away, two pubs and a railway station. The train can take you to Lincoln, Retford and Gainsborough. The village also has a bus stop, going to Lincoln, Gainsborough and Scunthorpe. Gainsborough is the closest town 4 miles away with usual town amenities and facilities, Retford is 10 miles away, and Lincoln is the closest city just 17 miles away.
