The Lilac Lodge 13 boasts a spacious lounge area adorned with two luxurious 2-seater sofas and a stove-style electric fire, housed within a full-height wood-effect fire surround. A TV cabinet and contemporary shelf units provide ample storage space. In the dining area, you'll find a freestanding table with seating for six.

A brise soleil adds a cozy touch to the lounge while allowing an abundance of natural light to flood in.

The Lilac Lodge 13 also includes a dedicated office space, complete with a desk and chair.

The fully fitted kitchen in the Lilac Lodge 13 features an electric oven, grill, 5-burner hob, and an extractor hood, along with an integrated fridge-freezer. The optional Luxury Pack offers an integrated dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine, creating the ultimate living space.

The illustrated Lilac Lodge 13 model measures 40ft x 20ft and comprises two bedrooms. This version features windows and doors finished in graphite and is clad in rigid PVC. It is showcased with the bay window option and tongue-and-groove ceilings.

The master bedroom in the Lilac Lodge 13 is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a kingsize divan bed with two bedside cabinets and a decorative wood slat feature wall that serves as an impressive headboard. Other highlights include a walk-in wardrobe and a dressing table with a generously sized upholstered stool.

The twin bedroom in the Lilac Lodge 13 also incorporates wooden feature walls for each of the large single beds. Ample storage options are provided through built-in wardrobes and drawer units.

The master bedroom ensuite is equipped with a bath with a shower over the bath, wet wall, and bath screen, along with a WC and an extractor fan. A built-in vanity unit features a modern countertop washbasin with a mirror above.
